waited in the drive through for 20 minutes for no one to talk to us. Guy doing dishes made eye contact with me a couple times... the first couple of minutes of us being there, after that we still hadn?t got any service. if there?s a drive through peopleshould be in the drive through or at lease checking on it. The staff at this location might as well be non existent. They don't greet anyone who walks in the door, they hide in the back... ignoring customers who do walk in until the customer gets annoyed and leaves without buying anything, completely inattentive,not to mention if you do flag someone down to come up and help you they give you an annoyed attitude save your time and money,and go to the other locations. Employees will not help anyone for atleast 10 - 15 minutes and there are never any hot and ready pizzas made or available. This... has happened the last 4 times I have been in there and I am never going there again, I will give another pizza place mybusiness. Read more
Staff left my pizza in the pizza portal for 15 mins before adding the crazy bread into the machine the box had oil soaking thru... it and the pizza itself had oil on top. although the food was completely cooked unlike other little caesars.The food was overseasoned(oregano)and the crazy sauce was extremely watery.also get a new counter person the blond chick who rolls her eyes ateveryone is extremely unprofessional. Also give your manager a raise she looks overworked and youre severly understaffed for theamount of business you have. Read more
The pizza I received initially was like cardboard. So why did I give 5 stars? Because they made me another and it was of the... quality I expect. Things happen, I understand that a "hot and ready" pizza may have sat there too long. Thanks for making itright in the end. Read more
Great experience at Little Caesar?s tonight. Picked up a hot and ready pizza via the drive thru. The pizza was quite burnt and... we asked to exchange it and the workers exchanged it. Received a delicious pizza and we are so happy. Thank you for all you do! Read more
Love the pizza, not the service. Drive thru said open but no one came to the window... after about 5 min, parked and went in...... I had placed an order online and it said it'd be ready in about 35 min... when I went in to pick up, my order was non existentand I had to wait even longer! There were 4 guys working (all seemed to be between the ages of 16 & 20)and it didn't seem likethere was any sense of direction or communication going on between them. Read more
Sadly like most other recent reviews, it seems this location is slipping on standards. Second time here and each time there were... no hot and ready pizzas available, creating about a 10 min wait. The store is definitely run by young adults who don?t seem towork with a since of urgency; which leaves me wondering does anyone manage this store? Review for lack of speed of service. Read more
