It's Arby's..you get what's expected. Good food when you're drunk or starving. Always satisfied ???? roast beef and cheddar is... great as always. So good, that I got food poisoning twice.. don't really care. Arby's in exchange for some stomachissues..whatever. Worth it as we rarely go anyways. (I have never had issues from this location specifically..happened fromdiffering locations the last five years two times..and I'll admit it's wild because we don't eat at Arby's often. Went in for an order that was simply a roast beef sandwich, fries and a drink. Very basic but they went through over 5 cars in... drive thru, and a customer that ordered for a whole family after me and they still didn?t get mine started. Read more
This was honestly the worst fast food experience i?ve ever had. First it took so long to order, second when we went up to the... window the guy only gave us our drinks and thought that was it but we ordered 2 meals and one sandwich. He asked us what we hadordered and we told them and he came back with only one of our sandwiches and said he already gave us the other two. there weretwo guys in there and they kept going to the back and coming back. they gave us our fries and still didn?t give us our othersandwiches. after we showed them the receipt they gave us our food and then we left and while we were eating i found a bug in myfood. so gross and disgusting I understand that fast food is hard but 2 meals and 1 sandwich should not be that hard. we had towait almost 45 minutes Read more
This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. On 2/12/22 at roughly around 2:30pm, I walk into arby?s and I see maybe... one table in there and one person through the drive through. I thought I came in at a good time? boy was I wrong. The guy with acamo mask stood up there, not saying one word. Not a ?hi how can I help?? ?Or how?s your day going.? Nothing. He stood up thereand stared at me. He spoke very quietly and didn?t even tell me the total of my meal. I waited 15 minutes for two items. I askedfor ranch and he kind of ?threw? the ranch on my tray. This team looks like they hate there job, hate the people and all in all,just there for a paycheck. I work in the industry I know it?a hard. Another thing, I was disgusted by, was how dirty everythingwas. They had paper bags and food on the kitchen floor. The dining room hadn?t been swept, almost in hours. All the tables hadfood on them and none of them had been wiped, it reeked of garbage. The soda taste very stale. This is not the only location Ihave found to be an absolute disappointment! BOTH CDA locations treat people with utter disrespect. I think it?s important foryour employees to show some sort of respect for the people that are coming in to give YOU business. P. !!! Service is slow. Fries tasted old. Like refried after getting cold. Potatoes shouldn?t be tough. Chicken sandwich was good... though and the only reason why this place gets any stars. The sauces were out at the condiment counter. The store itself wasdirty and unkept. Ordered at the drive thru and received the dregs of the fry basket that were overcooked and crinkle cut mixed with curly... fries... I ordered crinkle for a reason. Then my regular fish sandwich was a spicy fish sandwich that I couldn't even eat. Totop it off I tried to call and no one answers the phone. I live 30 minutes from town and can't just stop back by.
