This was the second McDonald's that didn't have the ice cream sundae or cones or milk shakes. First it was a broken machine... waiting for a part from Italy, and the second was waiting for the ice cream mix while their machine worked fine. The worker inthe first place was fatalistic about the broken machine. The second worker seemed genuinely apologetic--especially since theweather was over 100 degrees and we were on motorcycles. One of the only fast food restaurants around for miles and they really try to get it right. Food quality is as expected for all... McDonald's. Usually no wait in the drive-thru and they're pretty fast. They clean the restrooms regularly so a great place tomake a pit stop on the way to Reno or Vegas. Read more
Nice staff but cold nuggets, dirty tables and long wait for food. Short staffed. Great view. Kiosks off.
As nasty as the last time I was there five years ago. This place gets a star for the nice employees. They were out of toilet... paper and the place was full of flies. The coffee drink was okay, but I took one bite out of my sandwich and threw it out. Thefirst restaurant I tried was closed during their posted business hours, so I think I'm just going to give up and starve untilthe next town. Read more
While a special effort was made to show extra customer service, for our group of 5 people, there were 4 mistakes. We received... sour expired milk, no spoon for oatmeal, and our coffee was forgotten on the counter. An apple fritter was given instead of ahot apple pie. When we tried to get it corrected, the cashier almost charged us again. Thankfully, another employee pointed outthat we shouldn?t have to pay for their mistake. Read more
Pretty much the only fast food joint in town. The meals are prepared right and to order but there is nothing expedited about... this McDonald's. One shift supervisor doesn't appear to be friendly or happy to be there. Not even a smile or a thank you fromher. But whatever. Food was right and was tasty. Read more
Clean dining area. Food tasted good. Only complaint was the way in which my customized sandwich was prepared and delivered. See... attached photo. Wow. No words could describe the service. A guy left on his own and only 8 people in line. He was stressed beyond belief. Barked... at everyone to go to kiosk to order and not in a nice way. I couldnt find the item I needed at kiosk so did without. Was notgoing to approach him for assistance family of 4 walked out. Not because of the wait but because of his demeamor.
