Worst wingstop in the Nieghborhood? they completely messed up my order after waiting 40 minutes (even tho I ordered thru phone ... they told me 25 mins). When I explained to them they messed up my order they were completely nonchalant continued to fulfilldoordash orders. And ignored me. Told me because I don?t have my receipt they can?t do anything. Even tho they specifically toldme they can pull up my receipt thru the system. Staff was totally rude. When I asked for manager they lied and said they did nothave one. And that she was no longer here. So basically I spent money to get the wrong order and they did not want to fix it.I?m reporting their disgusting service to the BBB. Please don?t eat here. They will mess up your order after an 40 min wait. Read more

Very bad service I was waiting in phone for more that 30 minutes. I need to come at the restaurant to make my order. Still I... needed to wait for another 30 minutes. There was more than 10 people working in the restaurant. Still I didn't get good service.It has been multiple times that this has happen. I would reccomend to change the people who work there or shut down the wholestore. Read more

I go into Wingstop about 4 to 5 times a month to the exact Wingstop. I never seem to have an issue and I always order my food. I... was at work I ordered $80 worth of food from there when I got there there was no sign saying that they no longer have carbonateddrinks. It wasn?t until I mention something that they put a sign up when I got back to work and handed everybody their food. Thesauces were wrong, so I called back. I spoke to a Manager name Sandra . Let her know exactly what was wrong. She told me shepacked the order herself and everything was correct. I explained to her again I do not have the Korean flavor and that thegarlic Parmesan and hot were supposed to be mixed and it was not when I explained it to her she deliberately kept telling methat I was wrong and that she packed to order herself out of $80 worth of food. I have an issue with two things I kept askingher what she calling me a liar. She just kept telling me that she did the order herself. She asked me did I want her to remakeit. I told her I?m not coming back today and now I want to speak to her manager because how do you provide good customer serviceand you?re basically calling the customer a liar very unprofessional very rude. I will never be back to that location but I willdefinitely be talking to her manager in person Read more

I wouldn?t eat here. I ordered off of doordash, and maybe it would?ve been better if I was there in person. The fries were... disgusting, the wings (boneless) were hardly wings at all. They were more like small different sized chicken tenders absolutelySWIMMING in grease, at least an inch of oil. When the pool of oil was revealed I immediately stopped eating as I have acondition that gets worse with so much grease. The taste was generally not good, I have a little bit of food service experienceand my guess is that they were using old oil to cause that flavor. The only ?person? I would recommend this place to is BubbleBass. This review doesn?t speak for all locations, just this one. Other locations are usually good. Read more

If I could give it a 1 star I would, I always have a bad experience when I come to this wingstop. I think they?re going to have... better service every time and then they disappoint me even further. I previously spoke to the general manager, Nicole,unfortunately she wasn?t there tonight. Josh, the gentleman that assisted me was was GREAT, he continuously asked his managerwho was ?helping? when my order would be ready and she ignored him multiple times.The cherry on top of this disaster sundae wasthat they messed up my order, I was too angry to go back. Im not one to leave only bad reviews but everytime I come to this wingstop i have horrible service I placed an order over the... phone at 10:20 they said 20 min so I got there and I still had to wait that long line didn?t get my food till 11:25 andeverything was cold and my fries were all over the place like they through them in there. I get it there is a lot of orders buthire ppl if you need the help I don?t want to wait 40 min and more to get cold food when I ordered for pick up there is a reasonthere is 2 sections not so I can wait for everyone to order their orders and just let my food get cold. Only reason I came hereis because the one on century is closed or they remodeling who knows but worst service ever!! All my sauces fell out what?s thepoint of me ordering extra wet when they spill everything ?! Make it make sense! Read more

Good, as allways. You can place your order 20 minutes before you arrive, over the phone or online & pay when you get there. My... 15 year old is a wing conoseur.& he loves the wings here especially the lemon pepper and the fries. Read more
