My first time here there was a long drive through line but still I went inside to order. I waited 20 minutes before asking for... my food and they said it would be out soon. After another 15 minutes I went to the front and they told me they had already givenme my food only to find it order still waiting on the screen. Instead of apologizing they gave me a refund completelyunprompted. I'm always going to give this Wendy's a low rating because I've seen them have employees outside in the blistering heat... scrubbing the GROUND with a toothbrush in all honesty. I was mortified. I had to buy the individual a cold beverage. I reportedit to the manager who didn't seem to care and the employee was so scared to lose their job saying it's okay don't say anythingthey always treat them this way. That's inhumane. When I spoke to the manager they were like well corporate tells us to do this.Wendy's you should be ashamed. People matter. This gigantic corporation can afford a cleaning service for outdoor needs on theirgrounds. I personally don't eat here anymore although I do go here with other people I know who indulge in this place still.You can't control others only your own moral compass in life. DO BETTER WENDY'S!
