The lobby is long and skinny but it does have a few seats. FYI for those planning to work/study from here, all the outlets are... blocked off so there's no way to charge electronics. Read more

Three stars go to the two workers that gave us amazing service. Veronica was very rude and impolite. That's our favorite... Starbucks but my husband was so appalled at Veronica's poor attitude he wanted to go to another Starbucks. Read more

First time I have been to this one and the coffee tastes like ?diner? coffee. Someone watered it down! I go to Starbucks for the... strength of coffee. Both the Cafe Americano and Flat White tasted terrible, not barista quality. Read more

They had the lobby closed and refused to take my order through the drive through since I didn?t have a vehicle. They also did... not provide a method of how to place an order at the moment since the lobby was closed. Extremely poor customer service. Read more

Love this Starbucks store. It's hard to hit at a non busy time, but it's still worth a little wait if you have to. Staff are... always friendly and welcoming, drinks are of course fresh and made to order. Store is really clean for such a high volumelocation, that is a credit to the staff, they are on top of things. Will be back for sure. (Update 6/13/22: I stopped in on theway home from work and the parking lot was completely full. Finally a vehicle pulled out and I got a space. I went in and therewere only 2 customers in the store. They need to police the parking lot as many potential customers that pulled in just leftagain while I was waiting for a space. I ordered a venti drip coffee and to my surprise they filled the cup by tilting the nearempty pots that were on the counter and mixing the flavors. Even at that my cup was under 3/4 full. Seems to me like a trainingsession is needed for these new Barista's. A rep from the cash register company walked in while I was there and said he had towork on the register. They only have one for walk in customers. The manager told him to come back around 8pm to which he toldher he was there and was going to work on it now. They had to put up a sign on the door that only drive through was open andlock out the customers that were trying to come in. Not very professional at all. Read more
