Popeyes chicken is delicious and the sides are tasty, but the quality of service is less than satisfactory. I ordered a family... meal online and the app said it would be ready. I arrive and it wasn't ready until about 20 minutes after the time that the appsaid. What's the point of ordering online? Zohir is the best. It's been so long since I have gotten good customer service at a fast food place. So I was pleasantly... surprised by the excellent customer service I received. I actually steer clear of ff cause service is always terrible. But I bitthe bullet cause I was starving which is the worst time to go to a ff place which is the opposite of how it should be.Nevertheless, Zohir treated me with dignity, respect and kindness. I ordered a 24 piece nugget. They delivered some perfectly cooked bite-size pieces of chicken that dip perfectly in the... accompanying sweet heat sauce. Customer service was spot-on as well. Question: why no 6 star rating? Can we have one please? I've got to hand it to the young man whose served me at the counter.... Incredibly upbeat personality, not intrusive; just about right. A smile, confirmation of the order and a brilliant 'how's yourday going so far?" (to each customer)ensured minimalist but interesting responses. The food was as it had been described:delicious. Coated chicken (I had the 4 piece and a coke - for $10.90including taxes. One drum, one breast, one leg one thigh.Two sides (fries and Jambalaya rice), and surprisingly, 2 apple pies. Now, I'm a glutton for food anytime, but I wasn'texpecting that much food and needless to say, couldn't finish it all - at one sitting!! First time at this Popeyes location. The staff here is really friendly, positive attitude and amazingly helpful. The chicken I... had was good and especially since I was there during lunch time, it tasted freshly fried versus having sat under the heat lamp. Biscuit was deliciou as well. Read more
Had a great dine-in experience today. The manager in charge (Andrea, maybe?) was treating both the customers and her employees... so politely. She spoke kindly to the cashier she was training, and I noticed she offered a customer waiting for his food acomplimentary beverage while he waited. She was very kind to me and to the customers I watched come in after me. I was not in myneighborhood today and so this visit was unexpected, but I would gladly come back here since the staff was so nice and the placewas clean. Thank you! Read more
