Popeyes chicken is delicious and the sides are tasty, but the quality of service is less than satisfactory. I ordered a family... meal online and the app said it would be ready. I arrive and it wasn't ready until about 20 minutes after the time that the appsaid. What's the point of ordering online? Zohir is the best. It's been so long since I have gotten good customer service at a fast food place. So I was pleasantly... surprised by the excellent customer service I received. I actually steer clear of ff cause service is always terrible. But I bitthe bullet cause I was starving which is the worst time to go to a ff place which is the opposite of how it should be.Nevertheless, Zohir treated me with dignity, respect and kindness. I ordered a 24 piece nugget. They delivered some perfectly cooked bite-size pieces of chicken that dip perfectly in the... accompanying sweet heat sauce. Customer service was spot-on as well. Had a great dine-in experience today. The manager in charge (Andrea, maybe?) was treating both the customers and her employees... so politely. She spoke kindly to the cashier she was training, and I noticed she offered a customer waiting for his food acomplimentary beverage while he waited. She was very kind to me and to the customers I watched come in after me. I was not in myneighborhood today and so this visit was unexpected, but I would gladly come back here since the staff was so nice and the placewas clean. Thank you! Read more
