I went to this location on Wednesday evening after work because it was close by my job. When I went in, there was a huge crowd... at the Pick Up line, and nobody at the Order Here line. Nobody acknowledged me, or even bothered to come to the register totake my order. So I wait at the counter for someone to come. I waited for about 10 minutes at the counter and still nobodycared to come to the register. Meanwhile, there was a big line forming behind me. Some of the customers standing behind mebegan walking out because there was nobody to take the orders. Whoever was working there were too busy taking care of the bigcrowd at the Pick Up line. There were about 4 workers taking care of that crowd. At least have one of them go to the registerto take care of the customers waiting in line. But no. Nobody bothered to help out. After a while, I got tired of waiting andjust left and went to another location. This was a horrible experience. It was very unacceptable. I'll never come to thislocation again. Read more
It is a standard McDs, however if you use curbside pickup for app orders, check your bag before you leave. Twice the male... manager delivered to me and twice I was shorted. I will say their sundae/cone machine is usually working great, no crystals inthe soft serve! Read more

They are hiring and need to hire faster! I?ve been waiting for my Uber Eats order that was already done. It was sitting for 40... minutes. I made them make it over! All of this for 5 dollars!!!! Horrible customer service. This is my local McDonald?s and everyone I know that stays in this area agrees the customer service... is horrible. I waited in like for 15 mins in drive thru. I stated my order and the lady at the speaker stated she couldn?t hearme give her a second. The menus then go black and its now the breakfast menu so I ask to see if anyone is there finally someoneresponds and it?s a different voice. So I repeat my order from 15-20 mins ago and she said they are no longer serving breakfast.Why not say that when I initially ordered a Big Mac that you were changing shifts and wouldn?t be serving that but to have mewait and say you can?t hear me is ridiculous. Then when I get to the window the supervisor who claims she isn?t all though hershirt was different took pictures of my license plate on the camera before she approached the window to apologize. The so Iasked her her name she?s taking pictures she refused and said she was calling the police. All while recording me on her personalphone in one hand and McDonald?s phone in the other.
