Messed up my drive thru order, which was explained four times. Iced caramel latte, no sugar. Didn't seem that complicated to me... but they gave a sugar free vanilla latte instead.. Ive been coming in the morning because it?s the only Dunkin? I pass... I?m at least a half hour away from this Dunkin and I have... to order 20 minutes prior on the app because I know it takes forever to get my one or two items. They mess up an order, alongwith forget an item. Every time I come here, something is forgotten or wrong with the order. They seem careless here. I don?teven get a chance to correct it. I don?t know if it?s because of low staff or so much going on. I understand the mornings arehard and they are all over the place, but when no one is around and it still takes forever to get a drink, it makes no sense. Iunderstand it is hard, but even before the pandemic they have been struggling. It shouldn?t take so long.
