Dined in before and had a great experience with my girlfriend. This time I called in for pick-up. Told it would be 15-20. Got... there about 20 later and was told it wasn?t ready yet. Sat down another 10, then asked where my order was. Another employeechecks and sees that there?s a to-go order waiting of the filet mignon fries and turns out that was my order but no one decidedto check until I asked. Really bummed that I now have soggy fries and wasted my time. I would consider dine-in again but thepick-up process was poor with awful communication between their employees. UPDATE: got home and opened the box to find that itwas the filet mignon RICE and not the fries I ordered! And it?s DRY! Now I?m not only disappointed by the wait and service butnow also the food! 12$ for this???????? Every asian place I?ve ever been to fills up the container. Why are u cheating ur customers ? Rice isn?t... expensive so why r u sending ppl home with this. Lower ur prices or give the right amount of food. No way this should be theprice it is. Also, my (10$)egg rolls were burnt. I?m VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY DINNER. The pho is alright here. Nothing extraordinary, but its good and hits the right spot when you?re craving pho. They are opened... till quite late and have the staple menu items of any pho restaurant. Service can be slow, so I wouldn?t recommend coming hereif you?re in a rush. And it feels a little unclean, but I?ve never had any issues with their food. Feels very authentic. Read more
The Spicy Shrimp is on point, nice crunchy and sweet. Not crazy hot, but a mild kick. It would have been a great deal if they... used jumbo shrimp. The fried rice (you know I love rice), was cooked just right. The shrimp in the rice, was good. The bbq porkwas juicy and flavorful. The chicken was the only thing I would complain about, it was dry. The dining room was clean and thestaff was cool. I would most definitely come back to try the soups, if I'm in the area again. Read more
