At this store it always feels like they dont want you here. Long waits at the counter with very little acknowledging you are... there. Very curt with the customers as well. At least the a.c. got fixed. Came back again. Still very short and curt withcustomers. Think the a.c. is broke again. You can't beat The Neighborhood Jack In The Box, for a quick bite, and late night eats.. It's helpful that they are open 24hrs,... because there isn't anywhere else to eat, late night, locally.. The line of cars just gets a little long sometimes, but yet itstill moves quickly.. No complaints here.. ???? Read more

So I received my food at approximately 6:25 p.m. it was supposed to be three egg rolls. When I got to my destination at 6:33... p.m. I found out that I had an order of onion rings inside of an egg roll box which I've never seen before in my life so I'mwondering if it was planned. So I called up Jack in the Box and told them what happened and the gentleman said that if Ibrought the onion rings back that they would give me my egg rolls. So I got back to the restaurant at 6:55 p.m. and they gave methe egg rolls that they cooked for me at 6:20 p.m. I have never been treated that poorly at a restaurant in my life. Any otherrestaurant would have given me new egg rolls. I was wondering if they had taken my egg rolls and rolled them around on thefloor while I was gone and then gave them back. So I just left the onion rings on the counter and walked out because yeah Ispent 5.50 but getting sick from food that was ruined for me is not worth $5. I will not be going back to that Jack in the Boxagain. I didn't ask for my money back because they never gave me a receipt. So I can't prove I bought it even I took back thestupid onion rings in the egg roll box with two sweet and sour in the bag. Read more
I'm very surprised this store has a four star. It's one thing that restaurants are short staffed but it's another thing to have... manners. I was told rudely to wait and none other than what looked like a supervisor or manager. The wait was too long so I hadto leave to go to work. A simple I'm sorry we're short staffed the wait is a little longer or something to that effect wouldhave been nice so we can get our breakfast somewhere else which is exactly what I did. It's called good customer service whichthis facility did not have at least up in the front. Read more
Horrible service ! I went to order an ice coffee on my lunch the girl that took my order was nice but the manager the blond... haired younger lady was rude !!! I ordered my coffee and the blond ladies family came in and she screamed to the cashier givethem a discount ! And so they ordered a bunch of milk shake and ice coffee and then the blonde lady finished tkaing there order. She proceeded to make there ice coffees first and shake and I stepped in and said excúse me I ordered first . Then she kepton ignoring me and I repeated I ordered first and she was making there shakes . Then she finally acknowledged me and said ?ohyour missing an ice coffee and i repeated ?yes I ordered before them and she kept asking them about her aunt and some whatinstead of apologizing.
