My family and I stopped in Frank?s today during our random day trip to Aberdeen/Havre De Grace from DC. We got there early so it... was empty inside. First I have to say we enjoyed the decor. Especially the employee of the month sign from Coming to America.LOL We ordered an order of fries and a pizza half pepperoni half special. The food was delicious! My daughters NEVER eat pizzacrust even at our favorite pizza place here in DC; they only eat the toppings. My husband and I were shocked to see both of themeating the pizza, crust and all. The toppings were fresh, the cheese was perfect, the sauce was delicious, and the crust was onpoint. And on top of the great food; the customer service was awesome as well. If we lived closer we?d be regulars. But we?lldefinitely be back whenever we feel like randomly coming to Havre De Grace. Definitely recommend! Read more

We just had the ABSOLUTE worst experience. We ordered, specified EXTRA pickles, and got one on the sandwich. Whoever was... answering the phone, was unpleasant and slamming down the phone, associates huffing and puffing that there was business,, aftera patron would call, or pick up their order.. Associates were unpersonable and didn't respond to simple greetings or gratitudefor business. We felt like we were completely inconvincing them for making them provide service to us. Very disappointed.Perhaps a long lesson in appriate customer service would be beneficial. Read more

We ordered 4 cheesesteaks. 3 chicken cheesesteaks and 1 regular. When we got home, opened them and saw that the rolls were... toasted and edges burnt on all cheesesteaks. The rolls are very dry. Cheese is laid on the bottom of the roll and it's a minimalamount of cheese. The steak is then placed on top of the cheese and not mixed into the steak. This was disappointing as thesteak was on the dry side to begin with and so could barely taste the cheese. We ordered fried onions on 2 of the cheesesteaksand the onions were semi-raw with a bit of a crunch. I put ketchup on the cheesesteak to moisten it some. The cheesesteaks areexpensive and if you want provolone (instead of American cheese) you pay $1.50 extra. The fried onions (which were barely fried)cost another $1.50. Overall the cheesesteaks were a real disappointment... $62 total to realize we should have just gone to Wawafor 1/2 the price. We won't frequent this establishment again. Read more
