The last couple times I ordered the experience was unbelievable. At one time this was a great place for pizza but since the... covid experiment, service has gone straight downhill. My last order arrived late and we didn't get what we ordered. When wequestioned the driver he just shrugged his shoulders and said thats the way it goes. Not sure where he was from but that is thewrong answer. So tonight I figured maybe it was just a fluke. I attempted again to order online and now the site is closed. They shut-off the timer for their 2 minutes delivery time for carside at 1:16 minutes and didn't bring the food out for another... 5 minutes. Tried talking to the man delivering the pizza and garlic knots but he ignored me the whole time. ????. The customerservice is a big ????????...pizza tasted good though. Too bad Havre has limited food options because I'd probably go somewhereelse next time. Read more
She ordered ONLINE... No way to mess the order up... But, they managed to send the wrong pizza 5 (FIVE) times. One time, the... lady sounded reassuring by telling us that she would personally make sure it was done right. Nope, that was only the second timewe called. I hope they get it together over there. $50 for two pizzas, one would imagine better service. Read more
Domino's web site says Havre, MT is a non delivery location. I called the store directly, spoke with a very professional and... friendly Ashley,(spelling?). She took the time to allow me to order online; get my reward points, yay; and then manually turn itinto a delivery order. Thank you!! So, five star for the Havre location, four star for the web site having incorrect info. Read more
