I?m very disappointed in my order I got tonight. We waited 45 mins and kept getting told it wasn?t ready yet (It was two 5 pc... orders) and the order was sitting on the counter the entire time. Not only were the tenders cold, but they completely changedtheir chicken to flat rubber patty like chicken. I?ve lived in Haverhill my entire life, and Sparkys was always a favorite ofmine, so this was really disappointing. If I could give zero stars I would. Read more
As always, above and beyond customer service, really good consistent food and very reasonable pricing! We were told tonight... (it's a holiday) delivery would be an hour and a half and would've been fine with the wait but instead our food came in lessthan an hour because they had an employee who was not the usual delivery driver bring it to us instead! ... I'm heartbroken! I have been a devoted customer and have frequently raved of Sparky's for several years, but I'm sorely... disappointed by tonight's chicken. They changed the chicken - or they ran out and thought a rubber substitute would suffice. Iwould rather be told they're sold out than for them to pull out the rubbery, cafeteria chicken from my elementary school days.See the pictures -- one batch is made with their famous tenders, whereas the other picture is of two batches made with flat,floppy, patty-like tenders. For a business centered around one main product and has built a strong local following, it iscrucial to not change (especially, downgrade) the main ingredient. As always, the sauces rose to the occasion, so Sparky's stillhas that going for them. Considering how long I've been going to Sparky's, I'll probably give them a chance to redeem theirreputation before I completely stop ordering from there. Read more

Soooo delicious!! First time ordering wings ever and they were the crunchiest most flavorful wings. I honestly thought since I... ordered near closing time that it would be mid, however I was Extremely happy with this place! Sadly one of Haverhills best wing spots is now the worst. We ordered wings last week, the first time since covid, and they were... BAD. My air fried frozen wings tasted better. Will not return, ever. Read more
