Really unpleasant experiences here. Last time I was here the bartender brought in her small child and was carrying her around... her hip as she was service adult beverages in a bar with customers speaking about adult content? certainly not appropriate andmanagement seemed to be aware. Tonight same bar tender made our mai tais wrong (not sure how) and we waited 45 minutes whileasking 3 times for her to take our order, she never got around to it so we left. Disgusting the rice was overcooked mush. The boneless spareribs were overcooked. The chicken fingers were overcooked and tasted... like cooking oil. And the chicken wings just tasted like oil. Absolutely disgusting. Never again. Read more

When I first called to see if I needed a reservation or if it's "first come, first serve", I got a snarky response that they... don't take reservations. Need better phone courtesy skills. When I visited, the man at the front both smiled and led me to mytable. My server gave me a menu, a magnifier to read it, I forgot my reading glasses, and waited at another table for me todecide. I ordered spring rolls, chicken ???? lo mein and beef wrapped in scallion pancakes. All were good. They didn't have tea.Bummer. Prices reasonable. Wait time for food was short. Ordered dinner and I waited over an hour and a half for my order to be delivered and when it was the bag was torn into and my... food was ice cold. I called and the owner asked me what I wanted him to do about it and I said replace my order or my money andhe refused to refund my money. He was very rude and unprofessional.
