If it?s the same obnoxious waitress the other customers gave reviews on, she is definitely the rudest as far as hospitality... goes. I don?t understand why she still has job there. This is one of the many reasons why my friends and family do not dine inhere. Food is good, this waitress attitude needs a major adjustment. Read more

I took my mom there for an early dinner. The food was good. The experience started off pleasant, but took a quick turn. I was... pressed for time, and my mother is disabled so sitting in restaurants after a little while gets uncomfortable and tiresome forher. I politely asked the woman at the register if we could get my mom?s order in a to go box, and she responded with such atone and loud voice that the other occupants could hear. She basically said in a harsh tone that we either take our order to goor sit and eat, and then we can ask for a to-go box. To add to insult she finishes with a smile. My mother who was across thedinning room heard it too. I went back and sat down. I understand that every restaurant has their rules which is okay, but themanner in which you communicate to people is super important. Then, my mom wanted another lemonade. I asked that same woman foranother lemonade. To which she responded, ?You have to pay for the lemonade. It?s not free. You have to pay, okay.? Just foundthat rude and odd. My mom even said she is treating us like we are dumb. I know unless if a menu specifically says bottomless orfree refills I will have to pay for anything that I order that is extra. I couldn?t even look at her the rest of the time wewere there. Just a little tip, your attitude matters. You can make or break the experience someone has. It is something to bewatchful of. Read more

New Years Eve was crazy so I knew there would be a long wait, Wait wasn't as bad as getting cold food. Why tell a customer it... will be an hour then give them cold food? Again, I know it was a crazy night but I have never had cold food from a Chineseplace. So strange. Read more

based on the experience tonight, i would give 0 stars. their food is good, comparable to other places around, but tonight I... waited 4 hours for food, called over 100 times to finally get through and be told that they weren?t doing sushi today. iunderstand its a holiday and when my order confirmation said my delivery would arrive at 6:30pm, i assumed it may come at 7:30pmor even 8:00, over 2 hours after placing my order. but no, no one called, the website didn?t indicate anything, and they didn?teven want to listen when i finally got through to ask.
