He said his name was Mario but he was not wearing a badge so who knows. He said, huh in response to my order. Told me I would... have to come in to order what I wanted. Said o would have to come in to speak to a manager as well. I said that would take 30minutes to get out of line and he said he didn't know what to tell me because they are busy and understaffed. I Finnair get amanager who is able to take my order. I get to the window and he's singing or talking on his blue tooth and hands me the good.He gave me a though instead of a breast. I told him and he huffed at me and rolled his eyes and went and got another piece. Iasked for my receipt because I don't feel comfortable with this person and he tells me they don't have any.
