First of all, it took 15 minutes for the women on the phone to take down an order of 3 items on 05/21/20 - When going to pick up... the order - the order was incorrect - We then let them know it is incorrect and the women at the register proceeded to tell methe person ordered said it was the way they prepared it. Last time I check the customer is correct and you shouldn?t make thecustomer feel like a nuisance for their mistake! Anyways I let the women know that was not how he ordered it and if they couldmake it the way we asked. Next time proper training in over the phone order taking is needed - as well as customer servicetraining. Will order again BUT hope the service improves. Read more

I have been ordering for about 6 months and the meals never disappoint. The chicken is never dry, the veggies always taste fresh... even on day 5 and the pump cakes are something you can?t stop thinking about. Ordering is quick and simple and the best part isthat I get to enjoy all of Sunday instead of cooking for part of the day. I?ve seen a huge positive difference in my energylevel at work and at the gym since ordering from HBM.
