I will never go back to this place again. Took my family there last night and waited more than 30 minutes for a $39 order. ... Mean while, several other people came in, placed there order, got there food and left. Went up to the counter to check on ourorder twice, was polite in asking about the delay, all I got was we're working on it sir. This also happened the last time wetried to eat there. Don't know the real reason for not being served our food, very possible the just don't like our Hispaniccitizens of this country that are supposed to have the same rights as every other US citizen. Slightly higher prices then I would prefer, but the burgers and fries are absolutely amazing. That is all I have ever eaten... there. I wish I had more information on their other food options. Read more
Taste is good, portions are good but the grease level is 5x worse than any other burger place I've ever had. Literally you eat... this 2× per week you don't live 6 months. Read more
I love the staff.. unfortunately the new manager lacks leadership skills, personality and hovers over his employees. The moral... and feeling has changed as I see many staff walking w their heads down and unhappy. They used to work hard but have fun whiledoing it. He made me fries that were undercooked and over salted! And I love salt! So the fact that I threw them out when I gothome speaks volumes. Took a picture of the cup they came in and the fries were much worse. If he is going to criticize his newstaff then he should at least know how to cook himself. Miss the old manager. This place was an absolute joke. When we arrived there was only one other lady in the place as a customer. We waited over 25... mins for a little burger and a regular burger. My husband while waiting decided he wanted to add fries. When he went back up toorder the lady walked away and kept him standing there? no acknowledgement what?s so ever. My husband stood and waited patientlyand finally after waiting for an additional 5 mins after the girl walked away he walked back to our table. Her friend comeswalking in? the girl immediately walks over and takes her friends order. 23 mins for 2 burgers and only 4 customers in there? abit ridiculous. When she called our number finally, I asked how long it would take to add a fry and she laughed and said youwill have to wait. We are short staffed. What a joke! Terrible customer service and I don?t know how many people is fullystaffed but there were 5 employees working. Last time I?ll go there and I?ll be sure to spread the bad word. Read more

It was very good. There was 7 in our party, all enjoyed it throughly. Everyone got a burger and fries they were all cooked to... perfection.I had a chocolate shake with bacon and whipped cream, it was a great savory sweet combo. Read more
