The greasy boy who works window threw my straws at me which is very unprofessional.
Crazy bad attitude with the front store associate, can tell she hates this place and everyone in it. Also took her like 15m to... fulfill my order of two things, and both were wrong. Will avoid at cost, ad rather drive 7m out of my commute than go to thisfranchise literally on my way to work. This isn't a one time thing by the way; this is weeks of mess ups and patience. We just stopped for ice coffees; my husband went in and it wasnt busy but it took 15 minutes to get them. The older; heavy set... woman at the counter had the worst attitude; she was actually yelling at customers. A couple of people came in and heard her andturned around and left. She made my coffee wrong but my husband wouldnt let me go back in to have it made again. I know its hardto find good help but we are frequent visitors there. Read more

Horrible service, the lady name is Melissa, I ordered ice coffee and the customer after me ordered 2 hot coffees. And she... printed tickets at the same time. Didn't even ask me if I mind her to make two different orders from different customers or not.And even worse she made the coffees for the customer, who is after me, first. That's so ridiculous, and I ordered the coffeevery nicely, but the way I got treated was very rude. I will never go that place again. They need retrain the employees. Read more
Typical Dunkin. Service is hit or miss. The green tea needs to be a bit stronger. Wish they would bring back lemons for the ice... tea or add lemonade maybe. Bring back the lemons! Read more
