If I could give zero stars I would. I had to wait 15 minutes for them to toast 3 bagels and a bacon egg and cheese on a... croissant, which fell apart. When I asked where my order was one of the workers told me to stop being impatient. I saw at leastthree people who ordered after me get their food before me. I told him that my wait time was ridiculous and he told me that Iwas being ridiculous because it was so busy. Other than the drive through, there were only four other people in there and two ofthem already had their order. I told him that this is a Dunkin?Donuts, aka fast food. He told me he didn?t hear anyone elsecomplaining and if I didn?t like it I cold go somewhere else. I told him I already paid for my order so I wasn?t leaving. Hetold me that I should never come back and I told him don?t worry I won?t. When I got my food from him, yeah, I swore at him, buthe swore at me right back and called me a Karen. Consistently bad service. Five employees standing around while waiting for order. Had to restate order several times. Asked to... pull up for a very small order. Very disappointing! I do hope management gets this review. Read more
This dunks is terrible. I?ve been here twice in the past 2 weeks and both times were a mess. The people in there are so... unfriendly and really don?t want to be there. There was a lady in there today who was working & yelling/ complaining about thecustomers at the drive thru and swearing about them infront of the customers in the line inside. She was dropping f bombs, It was so absolutely unprofessional. All I wanted to do was leave because of how bad the environment was inside. Then we get ourcoffees and I?m so happy to leave to go outside and take a sip to spoiled cream. Went back in and asked the coffee to be remadeand mentioned it tastes spoiled for them to put the same cream in the second one. Walked back out tasted it and it was terrible.Legit had to dump it out in the parking lot and was not going back in there for them to remake it a 3rd time. Will never be backhere and would rather go to the one 10mins down the road in Merrimac. Read more

Not quite sure about the bad reviews. We only come to this DD because of the service and the breakfast sandwiches are always... cooked perfectly. I have never come across bad or slow service. Friendly, prompt and the inside is always clean. I highlyrecommend this location. Read more

This location has gotten much worse. It used to be the best dunks in the area. But now they can?t even make a simple coffee... correctly. You have to repeat your order to them consistently and it?s a 50% chance they will get it wrong. On top of that, thestaff that work here now are mostly rude and unwelcoming. You get to the window and it?s chaos of conversation and disorder.Sometimes it?s minutes before they even acknowledge that you pulled up. I used to feel bad because at one point they wereunderstaffed. But many of the good employees no longer work there and the ones who remain are mostly rude and clearly don?t wantto be there or helping anyone.
