Okay, I've given this place a lot of business over the last few years. That ended today. I placed an online order at about... 10:45 am for a 12:00 pm pickup. I arrived at the store at 12:00 pm and was completely ignored. I had to wait over 20 minutesfor my order. I get only 30 minutes for lunch which is why I order ahead. I'm done. Never going back here again. Also, theyhardly ever get things right. They never give me the chips I want (they are on the online menu). I used to order a grilledcheese sandwich . 9 times out of 10 they screw that up. They have even left the American cheese off when I asked them to onlyleave the tomato spread off. They give you a sandwich with only one side grilled, the other side is un-grilled plain bread. This place is really dirty outside. I would say the owners/mangers "don't care". Try another store if you REALLY want asmoothie. Do yourself a favor and ignore this store. Read more
