Worst place ever! Tried to go there tonight. Big mistake. They?re supposed to close at 10:30. I get there at about 945. Some... girl dressed in a costume that was very inappropriate was too busy socializing with other people in the cars. Not payingattention. And then another girl in a pink costume comes out and tries to hand someone else?s food to me and some other car aswell. Then she tells us that she is short staffed and walks away. Then 10 minutes later comes on and tells us that they areclosed. Horrible place. They never get anything right. Plus both of those girls look like they were 16. Where is the manager?Where is the adult? There was no one there. It?s a shame because we need more restaurants in this area but then we get servicelike this. It?s horrible when you have to pass a Sonic to go to another sonic. Guess I gotta keep passing the sonic next to myhouse to go to the good one on 80. Ridiculous! Read more
We got here at 9:30, they were not going to answer call button, so I called the inside told them we were out here. The girl said... our intercom doesn't work sometimes, the lady next to us drove off, they wouldn't wait on her either. Sonic sucks!!!!!¼ Read more

If only I could give 0 stars or negative stars... I pressed the red button and waited 5 mins. A person pulled into the next... stall and pressed his button and immediately got a response. I waited another 5 minutes before repeatedly pressing the redbutton. May I add they were NOT busy. My husband and I order food at 9:40pm on 10-14-22. When we got home by 10pm, my husband's#11 was so crispy, he couldnt even bend the chicken strips. We asked for frys instead of tots with #11. He also got large orderof onion rings that were burnt. He didnt even received toast. I ordered a #2 double cheeseburger, I only got a SINGLE beefpattie that was cold the cheese didn't even melt. I ordered frys that were stale and cold. My chili cheese tots was just cheesetots. When I called, an employee literally answered the phone "Hello" like she was answering a personal phone call. I asked forthe manager, I explained everything wrong with our order. She was very apologetic and told me she would refund my money back.When I asked about replacing my food. She said there isnt any food in the kitchen anymore. We already shut everything down. Itwould take at least an hour for everything to get hot again." I honestly lost my cool. If sonic is open till 11pm theneverything needs to be hot till CLOSING TIME not an hour before hand. I have never had such a bad experience with any sonic butthe one in Haughton. If I could post the pictures of my food i would because this is completely ridiculous! Read more
