Oof, ordered a 6 piece boneless wing combo and it was probably the saddest meal I've ever had. The nuggets were extremely hard... and the sauce on them tasted old. I gave them to my dog. Costed about $12 and I could've went to Cane's and spent $9 with betterquality food and service. The dining and waiting room were a mess. The employees could've cared less about the food and service.That's fine, I don't blame them. I just hope people don't waste their money at this establishment when small local restaurantshave better prices, food and service. I will never be back to this location. Rude and unprofessional staff. The woman behind the counter looks miserable and was... ignoring me on purpose when I asked her how much longer it would take tonight. The guy cooking in the back had three of hisfriends in the lobby harassing customers, including myself. He would come out and talk with them, while there were probably overa dozen orders waiting in the lobby. Every time I have been here it has been dirty, unprofessional, and loaded with people thatare angry over the extended wait (usually at least 30 minutes, that is not an exaggeration.) After making an order for seventy dollars. The wings were way overcooked to the point we couldn't eat them. The wings are small... and not good. Will never eat there again. Don't waste your money.. Read more
The lemon pepper wings are great, and so is the barbecue but no one ever picks up the phone when you call. They will just put... you on hold, and never answer the phone. Your best bet is to order it online. Read more
The food is fine for the most part but the service isn't there barely. For a regular order of thigh bites, they literally gave... me THREE pieces of chicken. And I came back in asking is this the regular order of thigh bites because the first time I went itwas a bigger box (which the box seemed like it was bigger so since it was smaller not really an issue) and it was more chicken.I guess they thought I was mad about the box but it was the chicken. An order of thigh bites with THREE PIECES of chicken for$5? No and it comes with nothing but chicken. I just wanted to get at least a couple more pieces of chicken and the girl in theback was talking mess like I don't care if you're mad about the box but three pieces of chicken for an order is an issue. Wing stop hands down has some of the best wings money can buy, but wing stop in Hattiesburg MS has the absolute worst customer... service!!! Employees have zero urgency and very unpleasant people. The few times my family and I have been it is always 40-45min wait. Call it in at lunch so you?ll have it by supper. This place needs some management. Hope the right people see this!! Read more
I always order online and they get my order right, but today for some reason they decided to do what they wanted I ordered all... drums and instead I got 1/2 & 1/2. The lemon pepper ones were a little too salty and the Hawaiian ones had no taste. The frieslooked like the end pieces and scraps when you get to the end of a frozen bag of fries. Read more
Employees can?t count, can?t even complete whole order. Picked up from online order got home and nothing was right. Employees... said they we?re taking phone off hook cuz to many calls. Can?t get in touch with staff to resolve issue. Second time this hashappened. Will not be back. Read more
