Had a sugar cookie, which with one bite tasted like a hamburger (!) & it was pitched in the trash. Good peppermint frosty and... regular chocolate frosty. Cashier kept mixing up what we were there for and was trying to give us hamburgers. I learned in thepast week DO NOT eat cookies or drink iced coffee at Wendy's. Read more

They failed to get our orders right. We were hungry and had been on a long drive. My husband didn't get his large fries. I had... onions on mines and no extra tomatoes. We had to go back for ketchup before we discovered the other mistake. 9/2/22 Read more
I had their Strawberry Chicken Salad with Champagne dressing. Nuts were separated. The lettuce was a spring mix. Made fresh and... you could tell. Service was fast and sweet. Read more
They are short staffed and don't always have the lobby open for in store dining in the morning. This is a nice Wendy's. ... Service times and consistency are always good at this branch. The Walmart, next door, recently had a fire and will be closedfor months. Maybe the lessened traffic will help them time to train and staff. Good luck y'all! #FrostyForever! Read more
Rude customer service! Drive-thru worker got my order messed up. Was charged extra for food I didn?t not request. When I... informed them I was charged extra, the workers had an attitude and didn?t apologize for any inconvenience! They acted as if Iwas the one with the problem when in fact, it was them who got my order wrong! I understand people make mistakes but own up toit and apologize! Kindness and courtesy are lacking in this generation especially amongst the youth! Won?t be returning to thislocation whenever I?m in Hattiesburg. Read more
Food was great ND the order was correct, service was SLOW and I felt like I was going to fall over with the amount of grease or... slime on the floors. Had to wait when I pulled up with only one person in line, which I was ok with. Get to the window and pay get half way down 49... and I paid $8 for them to give me the wrong meal. No receipt to call and let them know. No worries. I'll stop at the one furtherdown 49 next time. Read more
