We had a great experience at Ward?s (717 Bartur in Hattiesburg, MS) today. Even though my order was not correct, they accepted... responsibility and took care of it cheerfully. All of the employees, from the cashier to the service line workers were verynice & positive to deal with. Even the employees I didn?t have the opportunity to interact with seemed pleasing and happy to beat work. It was refreshing to have this experience at a time when it?s difficult to find good help in this industry. Read more
I went there on 3/16/2022!! When you order your food the cashier wasn't pleasant at all. The food wasn't good the grits were... under cooked. They were hard, the meat was cold & hard. The eggs weren't cooked the way I order them. My experience at thatWards was a bad one. Read more
Had a girl's day out . Took grandbabies to the dentist.
I ordered a milkshake when I got the it, it was ice cream in a cup. No milk and wasn't shaking. Had to eat with spoon because it... wouldn't come through the straw. Do better Ward's! Read more
The cashier by the name of kalisa had a very nasty attitude. I asked her to tell the cooks to make sure my scrambled eggs were... done because last time they were runny, she looked at me rolled her eyes and twisted her hand in a motion as to hurry up andfinish ordering. I don't like being rushed to spend my money and furthermore I like my food right the 1st time. I work in fastfood and I also have worked at ward's. It's a hectic environment but you still have to smile and be polite. She didn't evensmile. If you don't wanna work then go home. Don't get a job and be rude to ppl who weren't rude to you. The food was good. Unfortunately they seem to be having staffing issues so there was only one person running the entire front... end so it took a little bit to receive my food. But she was in good spirits and capable of doing the job. Overall positiveexperience. Read more
This location (by cloverleaf) experience was marginal at best.. I understand that there is a shortage of workers. The chili... wasn't hot, my big one for that matter and bun was hard on bottom like it had been sitting there or the bread guy didn'texchange. With that stated, the fires were fresh out of the fryer and hot. I will never hesitate to eat at any Ward's location. Read more
Found this place on our way home from the beach. The staff was very friendly and polite, and the food was delicious, we were... glad they didn't put beans in their chilli. They will even give you chilled mugs for their root beer. Read more
