Worst waffle house I've ever been to. The place was filthy especially behind the counters. The food wasn't great either super... greasy and thrown together. Then one girl had her 2 kids there and they were screaming, fighting , and running around. Won't beback. Just overall worst experience at a waffle house. Read more
I wasn?t acknowledged when I came. Bar was covered with dirty dishes and soapy water. Some The waitress was in the back laughing... and talking with other employees. When she finally acknowledged my presence, it was to raise a finger indicating I should waitand disappeared into the back. I left and went to another restaurant. Read more

I wish I didn't have to rate this! First the steak was well done, hashbrowns tasted burnt and the waffle was hard and dark. The... hashbrowns were done over. The waffle was hard and dark so we just told her to take it off as it was already bad service atthis point! The young lady stated she was new and would take money off for the hashbrowns and the waffle. When we headed to theregister to pay the young lady at the register stated it would be $30 but according to our receipt it was only $22. We proceededto explain the situation to the cashier. She said hold on and went and spoke with the server. She came back and said shecouldn't do the $22 because the young lady was new. We explained that wasn't our problem! Then the cook decided to argue withus. The cook told the cashier to call the police. We patiently waited for them. While waiting a worker boyfriend that wasvisiting decided he wanted to jump in the conversation. Police arrived and didn't even listen completely to us that we didn'teat the waffle. We were told we had to pay the $30. I was adamant that I was not paying for something I didn't eat! Anotherofficer arrived. We explained the situation to him. He stated we had to pay the $30 due to them cooking the food and us eatinghashbrowns and waffles. I told him I will NOT pay for the waffle since we didn't eat it but we would pay for the hashbrownssince they recooked them and we did eat them. The officer told the cashier to charge us $26 and be done. I WILL NEVER RETURN TOTHIS WAFFLE HOUSE THE SERVICE AND FOOD SUCKS! and to have the police called on you for your worker taking money off the bill tomake things right. Train your staff on proper cooking of medium well steak, smothered hashbrowns and light waffle! Steak wastaken home to give to my dog since it wasn't cooked the right way! Pictures attached. We have had great experiences here and not so great experiences. The food is always good and we love coming on Valentines Day... for a ?romantic? dinner. There have been times that the employees have been very loud arguing with one another. Mainly an oldergentleman that is a cook. Read more
