Food is always great. But this week I went and ordered wings and got them home and couldnt eat them because they were too salty.... I called and spoke to Precious who apologized and said come by and we will replace your order. I went back a few days later andthe staff said how sorry they were and replacedy order. Used to be a great place, even if a bit pricier than most other fast food places. They offer menu items you can?t find at... McDonald?s (fried pickles, sweet potato fries, etc.). The last few times I?ve gone have left much to be desired. Portions keepgetting smaller and prices keep getting higher. I guess shrinkflation applies here. The food tastes old, stale, and burnt. Thedrinks are filled to the brim with ice so you don?t really get much. The prices on the drive-thru menu are not accurate! I askedat the window and the prices are about .50 more than shown. Had the Mississippi melt, and pepper jack wedges with the jalapeno ranch sauce. It was delicious. I'm not talking about oh it's... good I'm saying it was way more than that. It was my happy place meal. It's was something I ordered and then took a bite of theMississippi melt on sourdough and literally melted in happiness. Since I changed jobs I've been going there almost every day for breakfast and lunch. Lunch has always been great but their... breakfast have a lot to be desired. I usually order biscuit and gravy. This morning I ordered drove straight to the window,paid and then sit for over 10 minutes waiting for a biscuit and gravy. Gravy was awful. More like a pile of grease and was cold.And this isn't the first time this has happened. I go there enough we are on a first name basis. Could not even eat biscuit thismorning.
