Went here to get dinner. I will say that it was near closing time and I didn?t realize how late it was, but the staff didn?t say... anything such as that they weren?t taking orders anymore, etc. so it didn?t occur to me that it might be close to closingtime. The staff took my order and everything seemed normal. We sat a table while they got our food ready since we wanted to takeit to go. At this point my friend went outside to make a phone call, and, apparently, it had passed closing time. The staffwatched her go outside, slammed the door in her face when she tried to come back inside, and lock her outside with homelesspeople surrounding the building. I didn?t see any of this happen, so, when she texted me saying she got locked out, I tried tolet her in and the staff yelled at me. They let me let her in once I explained that she had already ordered her food and steppedout to make a call, but they continued to make rude remarks and harass my friend. We got our food and were getting our drinkswhen they turned out the lights. Honestly, I felt extremely unsafe. They also said rude things to us as we left. I wish that thestaff would have told us they were not taking any more orders when we came in instead of being rude and harassing us. Read more

Everytime we go to this location something is missing. My first beefy 5 layer didn't have nacho cheese, arguably the best part,... the second one was missing the additional tortilla, my chapula had no lettuce on it, and they forgot my drink and when I askedfor the cup I was met with an attitude. We just go down to the 98 one even though this one is closer to our house. Read more
A lot of the staff is just wild and do not care about the quality of your order. They aren?t going to add napkins or sauce even... if you ordered it. It?s sad. Read more

It's tough to beat grabbing some Taco Bell late at night on a Saturday. The crunch wrap supreme was awesome and the quesadilla... was pretty good. Love how fast this location is too. They also give you plenty of sauce. The party pack nachos are are legit tooand I highly recommend them! Read more
Terrible customer service. Spend forever waiting in line and still don't get what you ordered and paid for.
