Awful experience. Waited 20 minutes for one meal. They weren't busy I don't know what took so long. They brought my popcorn... chicken out without the sauces I asked for. The popcorn chicken itself only about 4 pieces erre edible the rest was just thebreading no actual chicken to be found. I pressed the button to ask for the sauce I ordered after the girl left and no oneresponded for 5 minutes. My friends told me not to go here I should've listened. Read more

They were extremely rude to begin with and the speaker wasn?t working and they acted like that was my fault. They continued... being snappy and overall had awful custom service. very unprofessional and I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere fromnow one. I decided to come here on my lunch break because I didn?t have very long and I love Sonic. They weren?t very busy. I was one of... only probably 5 cars when I arrived at 11:55. I ordered a corndog, a small order of mozzarella sticks, and a mini cherrylimeade. I paid with my card as soon as i finished ordering. At 12:25, when I?d been waiting for 30 minutes, I pressed thebutton to call back and make sure my order hadn?t been lost. I was told they were short handed and my order would be rightout. At 12:45, after waiting for 50 minutes, I still had not received my order. Everyone around me had gotten their food andleft. If I hadn?t paid with my card, I would have already left. I called back and asked them to please refund me because I hadto get back to work. I was told someone would be right out. A young guy came up to my car and told me, ?It says on the app whenyou order that we can?t refund you.? I told him I ordered there, not on the app. He went and got someone else, who I wouldassume is a manager. He came out and unapologetically asked me what I ordered, he went back to the kitchen and a few minuteslater a third man came up with my order. He said they upgraded my drink since it took so long?.. from a mini to a small.Absolutely ridiculous. I would have expected a Route 44 at this point, or at least some kind of gift card. Made an online order and set the time for asap. Took me 30 minutes to get TWO drinks and a small cheese sticks. It?s stupid how... long it?s taking. And this isn?t the first time it?s happened. The sonic on old hwy 11 is faster than this and they?re a lotbusier. Read more
I did an order with the Sonic app. Arrived at the location approximately 10:15. I received my food at 11:03. This is ridiculous!... I was not notified about how long the wait for my food. I had to stand at the door and knock for 2-3 minutes to get theirattention after waiting nearly an hour. My food was extremely cold and I didn?t not receive exactly what I ordered. 10/10 wouldnot recommend. Read more
Ordered ahead last night and waited 30 mins for cold food and a drink with the wrong top on it. Order ice cream today just for... them to wait 10 mins, press the "your order is coming" button just to come tell me I have to get a refund because the ice creammachine is down. I didn't know I came to McDonald's. And then walked away without processing my refund. Won't be back. Read more
