I ordered a 5 piece meal and asked if they could sub two thighs for the two breasts, the cashier acted as if she could do that,... but we got 2 breasts. Then there was no ice for drinks and no salt available. Petty, I know but customer service would be nice. Read more
This locations employees are extremely unprofessional. Walked in today and I was rudely in a loud tone of voice told the lobby... was closed. It's 4:27pm and the door was not locked. I asked why was the door open if the lobby was closed, and was told to getout, go though the drive thru if you want something. I went somewhere else, I recommend everyone else do the same. This locationdoesn't deserve your money if the want to talk to and the customers this way. Read more
Food is good when they have it... just don't show up within an hour of closing time or they're likely out of chicken tenders and... fillets to make sandwiches out of. Service is usually a bit slow here but at least the food is usually good. Went at 9:30tonight (90 minutes before closing time) and was told no sandwiches and no tenders. Why are you still open if half the maincourses on the menu aren't available? Left and went to Zaxbys - slower than Popeyes but at least they're still sellingchicken. Popeye's management, if you're listening, you should be able to sell a lot more chicken to hungry folks like me butservice being slow and employees not cooking for 2 hours before closing time is disappointing to customers. How does the place even deserve 3 stars. They absolutely hate their jobs.. no consideration for customers or even an attempt to... have someone leave satisfied. Not once have they gotten my order right or even close. Fast food has gone down hill over thepast few years but this just shows the level of degradation. Ordered 6 piece spicy tenders (2 can dine meal), fries and redbeans/rice and this is what I receive. Read more
Arrived home and our meal looked like this . Paid $25 for 2pc dark, reg side & 5pc tenders, reg side. 2pc was white meat &... tenders the size for a kids a meal . No spicy anything, no shrimp, no honey, nothing at all. This Popeyes is horrible . Pleasebring back the old manager. Read more
Used to be the better location in Hattiesburg but I'm bringing it to a one star because of what looks like mold growing on the... drink fountain in the lobby. My lemonade tasted funny so I decided to inspect the fountain. Noticed it around the icedispenser.???????? Read more
