Wouldn?t let me rate lower than 1 star. ???????????????????????????????????????? Closed lobby. I wonder why?. I stopped to pick... up a delivery order for someone, and had to go through the drive thru waiting behind 10 vehicles. I?ll never accept anotherdelivery order from this Popeyes. ???????? Gross. They have customers piled up outside waiting forever for food while they allstand around hanging out in the lobby. Bad business. Instead of hanging out on the clock they ought to be cleaning the place andtaking care of the people wasting their money on the food here. Read more
This place only gets a star because you have to have atleast 1. We went threw here on our way threw to north mississippi ( a 4... hour trip) The girl working drive thru was rude. She rolled her eyes and huffed when I gave her a $100.00. And the pretty muchthrew the change at me. I mean I was ordering for a family of 6 so I got less than 50.00 back. She slung the stuff out thewindow at me and hit the side of my truck.. I asked for honey, ketchup and the Cajun sprinkle she said " we don't sell honey orcajun stuff (while cutting me off)" I will not be back to this place and apparently KIMBERLY needs a job she likes. A 20 minute wait for 2 pieces of luke warm chicken. In a drive thru you can't leave. ..not worth the wait
We ordered a family meal and one other tender mill. We asked for ranch. When we got to the window, we asked if all the sauces... were in. We were told yes, and we asked for extra ranch. We were told it would be ~$0.80 per pack? We said no thank you. We gothome and we had one pack of honey mustard, not ranch, to split between 14 tenders? We also got the wrong sides. My food was the wrong order got home on the west side and was told to come back for the right order. They got it wrong again had... to wait almost a hour for the right food. BEFORE u leave check your food. Read more
I swear most of these good reviews have got to be fake. Every time I've ever went I've had to wait around half an hour in line.... Currently sitting in the line now. Almost 20 minutes. There's still 20 cars in front of me and the line hasn't moved in 10minutes. I don't even understand how that's possible. I can see inside and im looking straight at a woman taking her time,talking to a coworker next to her, and she's laughing. I'm glad it is a relaxed work environment. Seems nice. But please atleast care if I'm gonna end up stuck here all night. Or you know, the other 20 people. The cashier was very friendly. The store was very crowded and very small. We came with our 3 sons. The price was reasonable. ... The bathroom was a tad bit dirty, but to their defence, it was busy, lunch time. Very good food. Read more
