Manager berry argumental about honoring Online specials an then pizzas were not what we ordered. Couldn't order online as usual... they never fix it so 1 large Pizza costs 19 bucks, but I eat there once a year bc there's not one n my city anymore an they rexpensive. An I can get 2 large for what I paid for that one an not drive about 20 or so miles but was already n the burg anwanted my yearly. There always big bubbles there's nothing u can tell me about pizza, I have almost 8 years experience n fromanswering phones, to making, to cutting 2 front counter window an on the road, to prepping, training, in All areas, paperworkincluded. Called at 7 to order a pizza! 8:30 still wasn?t here so i called and then got hung up on so I called back and waited on hold for... 5 minutes then they proceed to tell me that they don?t have my order! Worst establishment! Will order dominos from now on!! Read more
I ordered at 5:22pm and placed an order for delivery. At 7:01pm I called to check on my order because I hadn't received it nor... heard from a delivery driver. They claimed there was no order in the system for me and said "Sorry we will refund you."Seriously, no offer to retake my order, no offer for a discount on my next order, or anything. Things like this will make meboycott the entire franchise. I even had a $20 tip for the delivery driver but they missed that. Top notch pizza! My favorite in town. They always seem to perfect any weird pizza combinations I may come up with. Pizza is... always hot and the drinks are always cold. My delivery driver from the Hardy St store, Charlie, was amazing! Super polite andfast as all get out. The app said 56 minutes and I received my order in under 40 minutes. I wasn?t able to tip very well so Ihope you guys give Charlie a good pat on the back and the recognition he deserves. I WILL be ordering again. Thank y?all! Read more
I called and placed an order. I was told it would be an hour to a hour and a half. With a minimum order of $30 because I'm on... camp Shelby. Which is fine. I'm 11 miles from the store. It's been over 2 hours my food isn't here, the driver hasn't calledand when I called the store I got an attitude from the lady on the phone. I'd lose my job if I was 30 mins late. Ordered delivery. Took 2 hours. Medium pizza, all meat, added mushrooms and extra cheese. Pizza arrived cold. Hardly no cheese.... $18 for what? Did not get what I paid for. If it wasn't for it being late and me being hungry it would have been refused. Willnot order again. Terrible! Read more
Nothing extraordinary about this location. I placed my order online, when I picked it up it was hot and it tasted very good. The... location was clean. Staff was nice, definitely a grab and go environment. There are no seats, no plates, no napkins absolutelynothing inviting for one stick around. Hence why I said, it's a grab and go. Read more
