Served rotten fruit and vegetables. Loved newks, not anymore. The meal i ordered was missing items but i found a hair in my food... from the many ladies who were in and out of the kitchen area without any hat or head covering. Today was the first time I have ever visited Newks.it is conveniently located, competitively priced, and very clean. Before... entering the establishment the smell of the grilled chicken and the veggies sizzling reached out and put my nose in a fullNelson and lured me inside. Once inside the euphonius music overhead was at the perfect volume. It wasn't too loud as to drownout my company and it wasn't quite enough to make the lunch talk pauses awkward. We all got to the counter and ordered the foodfrom a menu that was strategically placed, out of the way, to where you don't have people standing in from and you having toget a crook in your neck from trying to read it. The lady up front took our order and we paid. By the time we got our drinks andsat down Kaylee was out with our food. She realized the one sandwich was wrong and offered to take it back. The person in ourcompany decided he would eat it. And he LOVED it. That was a good mistake. He may have never ordered it, but thanks to the messup he did. Regardless Kaylee came back just to make sure that he was ok with it. She would have taken it back. It was verygracious of her since they were packed. That's what I call customer service. Always looking out for the customer. My food wasamazing. I have never had a pasta salad with so many different vegetables in it! I look forward to the next time I return.Overall I would recommend. Wow! So much changed since COVID... no more add-on station... prices were jacked up and portions are smaller, with lower quality... products. Food was still tasty, but doesn't compare it to before COVID. Read more
Food was ok to good, not fantastic. Our order arrived incorrectly and items we are allergic to were in the food. I noticed and... asked them to change for another item. It was okay. Their portions, like everywhere else are decreasing considerably. Read more
There were a lot of people eating here and for some restaurants it would be overwhelming. However, the employees here handles it... very well and does an amazing job. Our food was great and I had a very good experience. Read more

This was my first time at this Newk's and it was a very good experience. The young lady at the counter taking the order did a... great job of informing me about items on her menu. I picked the gluten free pizza and I will say it was great. I can't wait tovisit again. I will get the same thing it was so good. Read more
First time I'd been to a Newk's & the food was superb. I enjoyed my Qs Pizza & Side Salad. My Girl's Six Cheese Pimiento Mac... With Bacon & Ultimate Salad were deliciousas well.
