I picked this place because it was walking distance from the hotel I was staying at. This place specializes in hamburgers. They... have all kinds of craft burgers. I had the guacamole burger and it was great. The service was very fast. I had my hamburger in 5minutes. The staff was friendly. I noticed that there was plenty of parking as well as handicap parking and access. If I am inthe area again I will stop in again. Read more

I?m a stickler for good service, being in the service industry for many years I?m usually pretty hard to impress, our experience... was excellent from the beginning to the end. Great environment, well set up, food is good, wish there was more seafood selections. Unfortunately, at the bar, the gentleman... server is rarely there to take orders, not that attentive. Staying put at the bar to take orders and serve would propel it toperfection. Others at the bar with me expressed the same sentiment. I was very excited to try the burger here because I had heard that they had good burgers but it didn?t turn out to meet my... expectation. The burger was huge and so filling which is a good thing I think. The burger bun was sweet and tasted yum. But Ididn?t like how the burger tasted. It was so plain with no flavors. I loved the sides though. The onion rings and potato frieswas delicious. Fresh grilled vegetables was awesome. I loved the service there. The servers were very welcoming and friendly.They checked to see if everything was going good several times. The place was spacious and good. So, I decided to give this location a shot...a Mugshot lol. Walk in, greeters were professional. It was that time of the day... where it wasn't busy. My waitress was the definition of southern hospitality. I ordered my usual, and it arrived in less than 10minutes. EVERY JAWBREAKING BITE OF MY FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. Very disappointed with the ?nachos? I received. There was no cheese for them and they where loaded with red onions and tomatoes.... Thankfully I had some salsa at home but that didn?t even help the overall pungent flavor of onion. Mugshots is a favorite place once I found it at home. Saw this one by our hotel, so knew would be good, and a short walk back to... our room. This one was remodeled during covid, according to our server. This place is huge, multiple sizes of TV everywhere, sogreat place for watching sports, Olympics and baseball during our visit. The burgers are always great and knew what to expect.The buns really take these burgers to the next level, nothing plain about these. Wifey chose Sean's Nachos and had plenty to eatand share. I've been purposely visiting other places around town skipping this one because I just KNEW that Mugshots was gonna be a... lockdown, can't miss kinda joint that once I'd gone, I'd have to keep returning and might miss out on something else in thearea. I was wrong. Server was great. Atmosphere.. it's a big, open area with tons of flat screens. Pow Pow Shrimp were spoton. Everything was great until the burger hit the table. ::shrug:: It wasn't that it was necessarily bad, but it wasn't goodeither. I had the Breakfast Burger which is one of my go to's. It's got a fried egg on it with the yolk oozing out and all overthe burger. I even said, "sunny side up" to make sure we were on the same page. Except it was overcooked. The burger was blandand the meat to bun ratio is all jacked. The fries were just okay.
