We went drive thru. The food was cold.we were charged for stuff that wasn't in the bags. And some of the workers were loud and... not paying attention. Went to the one on 98 for dine in. The cashier was rude and was cursing loudly. Again our order wasn'tcorrect. We were also charged for stuff we didn't get. When I brought it up to the checker he was ranting and raving. They need to work on staffing or something because it's definitely not fast food. Drive through is very slow. I'd say we waited... 5 to 10min to order and get our food. Read more
Absolutely rude!!! Said they were taking cash only so we asked if we could order through the app. We did so and pulled around... only to be told we would have to pull back around to the speaker for them to put it in. We did this and they proceeded to arguewith us that we didn?t have an order after it had already came out of our account. After a few minutes they realized they did infact have it and we never needed to pull back around in the first place. This was the longest I've ever had to wait in line to get food. No one was asked to pull up and wait, perhaps because there... were too many already doing so. There was no one there to take our money, so we went to the next window to receive the wrongfood. We had to pay this person, who took it back and of course, our food was barely warm. I ordered m&m mcflurry, but gotOreo. The food was not the taste you normally expect from McDonald's. Maybe we went during a busy time with a new staff. Not a Great visit. Out of 4 kiosk, only 1 worked. So once we finally got ordered, Had to run down my food. Then not to mention,... once we got to get started eating, my husband realized that his drink was missing. So, once again I had to hightail it back tothe front counter.
