Never had this happen before at any McDonald's location and I'm shook.. I ordered a two cheeseburger meal and they forgot the... main ingredient - the BURGER. Literally neither had a burger patty on it!!! How do you mess up that badly? The rest of the orderwas great but I didn't have anything but fries to eat. Read more

Waited in line about 20 minutes for them to say they had a problem ith their kitchen and that we couldn't get food well before... it was time for them to close. Even waited at the speaker for some time before I was greeted. I perfectly understand needed aminute or 2 before taking someone's order, but you gotta let them know before you ignore them for over 5 minutes then tellingthem they can't order anything. Read more

Just bit into a piece of glass that was in my fry basket ! Way to ensure your customers are safe ?this is ridiculous!
There was no wait, which was great. It was dinner time so that was surprising there was no line in the drive thru. ... Unfortunately, the customer in front of us must have ordered something special or a large order because they took quite a whileat the pickup window. Our order was fine, although it could have been hotter. The fries were a little on the lukewarm side. Read more
Needs some attention/ Probably caught them having a bad day. Didn't serve fresh made to order food with the double cheeseburgers... with cold fries. They could use some customer service training. They did fix our fry issue with hot fries. Read more
