Although I enjoy some of the menu, they seem to get my order wrong. I ordered my meal with fries but they didn?t put it in my... order. We talked to them calmly and they wouldn?t tell us. Until one employee explained to us about that. They just tossed theburger together and we had to fix it just so we eat it. This was just one of our many terrible experience with the order.Sometimes the customer service can be awful and we always try to calmly explain it or seek the answer to the question we asked. We were in line to order breakfast and the rude HATEFUL manager decided she wasnt going to serve us breakfast... Even though it... was still breakfast hours after the cashier decided to talk and high five his buddys and took way to long taking the order. Very rude young lady at the second window drive threw. I needed another straw, when she open the window, I said " can I get... another straw please" she says, "huh". Really! Very rude , on top of that she didn't smile or say hello, have a nice day,nothing. I've been in the customer service business all my life and I'm 57. Customer service is so very important so customerswill come back. I won't be going back any time soon to this McDonald's. Read more

Poor customer service. After they failed to give me the drinks I ordered and had to ask for them I asked for a cup for water.... Was told it would cost me $0.27. Receipt in attached photo states if I rate (5) highly satisfied I can receive BOGO QuarterPounder. - Guess I will not be getting my reward for lying about a "Highly Satisfied" experience. The staff is rude and doesn't listen to your order and then catches an attitude when you tell them.thats not what you ordered.... And there is always some homeless person walking up to your car while in the drive thru line. THIS IS THE WORST MCDONALD'S INHATTIESBURG. I now drive to the other side of town because service is fast and friendly and the atmosphere is clean. Read more
