This place is filthy. They haven?t mopped or swept in days. There is food from previous customers just laying out on the tables.... The tables are filthy had to ask a worker to wipe the table down for us so we could eat. This needs to be corrected! Read more

I love McAllisters but the last several times I have been to this location have been terrible. They ALWAYS forget something..... Most recently on 10/4 I ordered dinner for my family around 8:30PM. I picked up my food and made the mistake of not checking itbecause I had one more errand and I knew my kids were hungry. I called the store 10 minutes before they closed (yes, I know it?sirritating, I have worked for several restaurants) I just wanted to let the manager know this has been a normal reoccurrence forme. The manager informs me that they did NOT forget my potato salad or kids meal cookie but they were out of those items andnobody told me or offered me a replacement side. The best thing the manager offered was for me to come pick up some potato saladthe next day because they were closing up and she apologized Seriously? Like I?m going to drive almost 20 minutes the next dayfor potato salad? I hate to be a ?Karen? but I am a manager of customer success, anytime a client has an issue I do everythingwithin my power to make it right, even at closing time if it?s due to my team making a mistake. They hold the honor of best potato salad and Mac & Cheese in Hattiesburg. Nothing wrong with the sandwich ???? nor anything... else on the menu I've had there. And I've eaten the entire menu over the past two years. Read more

Out to lunch with my daughter..I had the turkey jalepeno crunch sandwich with a Savannah chopped salad, it was so delicious. My... daughter had the french dip and it was also very good, you can never go wrong at Mcallisters, I've never had a bad meal at anyof their locations. One of my favorites. Read more
We usually come on some Sunday night with our church group of 20+ people. The first thing I noticed is that the workers were... just standing around talking with only two customers at the time, floors were dirty that looked liked they have not been sweptin hours, the tables were not wiped down, and the napkin holders have no napkins and they have dust on it as well.
