Horrible Service from general manager and assistant manager. The general manager husband was screaming in parking lot for us to... leave inside her car. Then he got out and said yall go home. This place should had been closed down years ago always beenUNPROFESSIONAL workers who needs to be taught how to be professional dealing with customers. We went through the drive thru...best service ever. The gentleman running it was the most polite and professional fast food... worker we have ever encountered. If he isn't the manager he should be! They were out of mayo, but his demeanor made me forgetabout it. We are traveling, and have had plenty of fast food experiences, this was one of the best! Read more
30 minutes trapped between vehicles in the drive thru. Only to get to the window and tell the grill is down. Lady inside was not... worried one bit about waiting on anyone. Not the Krystal's I remember when going to school here. ???? Read more
Inside was clean! Friendly staff! Quick, fresh, and hot. French frys were absolutely amazing. Parking lot is connected to truck... parking lot and both are nasty with garbage everywhere along with what appears to be a few abandoned vehicles. Overall I giveit a 3 out of five. Food was good. Definitely brought back the nostalgia from vacations as a kid visiting my grandparents. The reason this is 4 star... and not 5 is because the wait time for the food in the drive thru was at least 10 minutes and one of the employees had his maskunder his chin the entire time talking with customers and handling food/money. Also, we got chili cheese fries and the employeeput it in the bag sideways and handed it to us like that. So, that's why the fries look like that in the image. Read more
