Wow! KFC has really gone down. This used to be the best chicken now its horrible and customer service even worse.

My son and I, both chicken snobs, had to try the new chicken sandwich. He got the big box - original sandwich, 3 sides and a... drink 9$, I got the reg spicy combo for 7$. They have got popeyes beat hands down, sandwich- great chicken, big and cookedperfectly, and fresh, roll is better, pickles better, spicy sauce better. We noticed we didnt have to wait for our food to be done and was out pretty quickly. I opened the mashed potatoes and gravy and... it looked old and tasted sour. Started eating the chicken and its like they gave us the left overs because they were very dryand the skin tasted very old. The only thing good was the biscuits. Very disappointing. Read more
This is my second time to visit this location. My order was wrong, both times. The most recent visit, my order was 3 tenders,... Cole slaw, 1 order of fries, 1 biscuit and a drink. I got no cole slaw and 2 orders of fries and 2 biscuit that was undercooked. I had to ask for my sauce. Very disappointed!! The kids at the window was so unconcerned about the customer. Read more
Their chicken was way too greasy. I love KFC chicken so I know that it wasn't because thats how the chicken is supposed to be.... They have us anotjer order to fix it about a week later we went and got it and just as greasy. The service is great though andif you are going to order chicken strips or wings those are great. Although you usually have to wait 15 minutes on wings. Itskind of like they are discouraging me from buying them. The one girl who works there that I always see (i don't know her name)young dark headed with glasses. Is super sweet and helpful. Would recommend but with the caveat that you might not want to ordera bucket of regular chicken I think thats why the chicken was so greasy it seemed about an 1/8 of the way filled with grease. Butchered our order. Wife asked for no corn in her kfc bowl and it was filled with corn and I ordered a 5 piece meal and got... chicken tenders instead. When I got home we realized we didn?t get a receipt. All we wanted was a good meal after long days atwork and in town. Read more
