If I could give 0 stars, I would. My wife and I went here today and the door was locked, but the workers were in there. They saw... us standing there because we all made eye contact and then they went right back to whatever it was they were doing (cleaning, maybe?). I stood there for another minute to see if maybe someone would come to the door and explain why it was locked.Obviously they were closed, but for how long? When will they open back up? Is it drive thru only right now? So I knocked.Someone yelled "WE CLOSED!" and then they laughed. Couldn't even come to the door. There was a complete lack of customerservice. I called to speak to a manager and she just made excuses for them. "They weren't laughing at you, they were alreadyjoking around." Like I can't see them.... It's glass, ma'am, not a brick wall. I told her it would have been more polite forsomeone to come to the door so I could actually hear them and have them explain. When they DO open back up, we will not bereturning customers. Read more

If you?re a fan of Five Guys like me, skip this one. Management seems to have changed hands to someone who couldn?t care less.... The inside is filthy, the employees are rude, burgers are sloppy (with, if you order tomatoes or lettuce, a soaking wet bun),and the fries are always soft and undercooked. Hattiesburg location has been on a steady decline for a few years. How it?sstill open is merely testament to the strength of the brand. If you?re craving Five Guys, your best bet is to drive to Gulfport. Read more

Absolutely the worst service EVER. Man ahead of me was patiently waiting on his order to be taken. Cashier was busy chatting... with someone then finally took the mans order. The customer handed him a $20 and the cashier THREW the change across the counterand refused to pick it up off the floor. The man was elderly and in no condition to be bending over to pick up the money.RUDE..when called out for his behavior the cashier told him to leave, then he told me to leave when I told him I was reportinghis behavior. Could this be why 5 Guys locations are closing everywhere? Read more

First time at five guys in this location. We have been once before back home. Staff was friendly and the place was busy. You... could tell they were slammed because the place was a little dirty, tables not wiped down, etc. Ordered the lettuce wrap baconcheeseburger which was good. Extremely messy but good. Lady who helped recommended I add some Cajun seasoning to it. I did andit was nice! Fries were a little greasy according to my kids. Worth the price of the name on the sign? Probably not, but hey itwas decent food so we could continue on our journey. Read more

I love 5 Guys. Big burgers, lots of fries, and great service. This one located close to a lot a stores and the main highway. So... go before or after shopping, or do a quick stop. Either way, this is prime location in my opinion. Read more

Great place, not as good as other Five Guys but still one of the best places to eat around. Clean bathrooms, lots of fries, free... peanuts, and great burgers. Read more
