My delivery driver was very nice. The food arrived on time. I ordered a bacon chicken ranch sandwich and the cheesy marinara... dip. The food was hot. But I was surprised they didn?t put a lot of cheesy marinara dip like they normally do. But overalleverything was pretty good. Read more
Arrived in the middle of my estimated time slot food would be ready. Guy at the window told me it would be about 10 more... minutes. After almost 15 minutes, I was told the computer had issues and they weren?t receiving online orders. Which I believewas a complete lie! Ordered a pizza at store #5920 when my delivery came the box was dented,pizza was cold and the pizza was literally flipped... over,I showed it to the asian driver what who acted like it was nothing wrong&the driver just drove off smh I felt like I wasjacked for my money. As we are moving, Hattiesburg was our halfway point. We had been driving since 4 am, and had not stopped to eat. Arrived at the... hotel and ordered a pizza, wings, a pasta bowl and PINEAPPLE JALAPENO CHICKEN BITES. I received a phone call to confirm deliveryaddress .... a hotel. Food arrives and I received BBQ BACON chicken bites. I don't eat pork. Luckily my son had pizza left. Itried calling to tell the store, but I was on hold forever. Read more

No management and no organization. Lost my orders from the oven to the box. With full staff was a total train wreck. Not a... single box was labeled. Wish I could give 0 stars for my wasted time. UPDATE went back to see if there were any changes. I waspleasantly surprised to find a much better run store. Food was good and presented timely. Purchased this pizza for my parents. Called and spoke to the Manager, Allen regarding this roach that crawled off a slice of... pizza. Fortunately my dad hadn't bitten into it. He says they cannot have a peat problem because they get sprayed monthly.Well, you see the roach, right? Didn't offer a refund. He offered me another pizza...I don't think so. GROSS. Read more

You guys should get the rights to Jimmy John's "Freaky Fast" slogan! 3 minutes from phone... order to out the door, and 9 minutes for the driver to make it from the store to the 3rd floor of a very large hotel!
