Don’t judge a book by its cover! There’s an entrance door but no windows and kind of easy to look past if you weren’t... specifically googling Mexican restaurant near me. First time eating here. It was nice and quiet. Service was slow. Reasonably priced food. It was good.

So far, this is the best Mexican food I've sampled in Hattiesburg. From the outside it doesn't seem promising at all and the... interior lets you know real quick that this is not your typical Mexican restaurant. The food isn't typical, either. It's waybetter. Had the ala diabla shrimp, while my wife had enchiladas rancheras with pulled pork. Staff was friendly, and the food was... phenomenal. Flan had an awesome texture and flavor on its own, but ask them to leave off the chocolate syrup. The manager needsto remove the lightbulb that randomly goes on and off on the right side of the restaurant, so if that would bother you, ask tosit elsewhere. We'll definitely be back. Read more
