This place never has the dining room open. They say is cuz there is only 2 people working. I have seen more then two people... working there n if they need more people then hire more people. I don?t see the prob. Don?t come here if you want to dine in. Read more
I used to prefer this Burger King over the other ones nearby but now I realize there was really only one reliable manager there.... Today I went through the drive-through to order my usual, however the lady taking the order was brand new, still in training.She was left to take all of the orders coming in and with so many attempts to explain a simple order, I just decided to goinside to order. This is where the real issues occur, three other people got the wrong order. One prior to me and two after me.I explicitly told them I wanted the sandwich dry with cheese and bacon only and instead I received a fully dressed sandwich.This happens a lot at many fast food places so I just decided to get a refund because of how extremely busy they were from lackof staff. I waited until I could flag what I assumed was the shift lead down, I believe his name was Chey, he was extremelyrude. He attempted to deny me a refund because I did not have a receipt, however the new girl did not know how to give me areceipt. I did not leave the counter, nor did I move out of sight, so how does he think refusing a refund off of an employeeerror could have been prevented by me? I even showed him the transaction time/date and order number from my bank, the onlyreason I received a refund was because he was frustrated and just wanted me to go away. The lady in front of me ordered animpossible whopper and received a regular whopper. Throughout this entire process the entire team was making remarks about themneeding to close both the drive through and lobby just to catch up on current order backlog. The tickets weren't even beingprinted off so the cook couldn't even catch up if they wanted to. I paid with a card but received cash for my refund, which Ifind very convenient considering I was shorted two to four dollars less but at that point I just cut my loses. Read more
I had to go to the doctor 10-23-22. This means I was fasting and hungry by now. We went inside for Breakfast and my wife waited... at the counter for nearly 10 minutes. Still no one spoke or waited on her.. They were busy talking and laughing. So I had satdown and she said we need to go because no one would wait on her. Still they just looked like crash dummies as we left. I willnot go back. Burger King had 1 customer. The place I went had 23 not counting us. By the way I am handicapped. It took over 20 minutes to get my food and I was the only one in the drive thru. The guy at the front window was respectful but... look like everyone else was just playing around. I came there 20 minutes before closing but that?s crazy. Read more
I ordered my burgers with NO ketchup, and I stressed that multiple times, but the burgers still had ketchup on them. I don't... understand what is so difficult about leaving off an ingredient. Although this is the closest location to me, I plan to drivefurther to a different location to see if they can get my order right. Read more

So heartbroken! Was so looking forward to a Whopper Jr. since we were in Hattiesburg and we don?t have a Burger King in our... town. Also haven?t really had the money to eat out lately but decided to treat ourselves. Waited in a long drive through linefor 20 minutes only to get home and find out I was given the wrong hamburger (Not the Whopper Jr add cheese and bacon that Iordered) and the Chicken in one of the Ch?Kings was overcooked and rubbery. Called to tell them and see if they could refund mycard or anything and the guy who picked up the phone said ?aww I?m sorry? in a condescending tone then hung up the phone. Read more
It's always something with this location. I was here about two months ago and my food was cold. I came here a couple of weeks... ago and they said their system was down so they wasn't taking any orders. Today I went by there and the lobby was locked so youcouldn't go in to place an order or sit down. This location is by the mall, so it's going to get the business due to that alone,however management needs to be evaluated. Read more
