Twice in the last few weeks the waffle cones were very stale & the ice cream was not as frozen/cold as it should be. That & the... mint chocolate chip formula has been changed after years of being my favorite! The store said they removed the green foodcoloring, but it?s much more than that ? it does not taste the same & the consistency is more like yogurt! We are done withBaskin-Robbins. Read more
I've been enjoying Baskin Robin's since the early 70's....and it never fails to be a wonderful experience! I love the different... ice creams. The folks who work there are always cheerful and friendly. Very Berry Strawberry and Chocolate Almond in a wafflecone....doesn't get any better. Read more
Wow, who doesn't like ice cream!?! We love to come here!! The staff is extremely friendly, they make us shakes or smoothies from... just about anything we ask them to even when the combinations are a little weird. ???? The store itself is always nice and cleanand the ice-cream cakes are just as good as the ice-cream itself. The prices can be a little high but it really depends on whatyou order. Baskin and Robbins is good old-fashioned American ice cream at its finest. My family doesn't eat a lot of ice cream but when we... go out for ice cream we like Baskin and Robbins. Our all-time favorite is just the simple hot fudge sundae with whipped creamand a cherry on top! Read more
Baking Robbins ice cream is always good, but this store has ridiculously incompetent and non customer friendly staff. They have... no concept of customer service, and it seemed they couldn't care less whether people were happy and satisfied. Disrespectful airhead employee ruined a ice cream cake I was in the process of purchasing. She was rushing with cakes and she... messed up the wording I requested. I informed her that I couldn't hardly read the letters and that it was ugly. She got mad andcopped a stinking attitude. She need to be fired for her nonchalant attitude.
