No pretzels made.
They never have what you're wanting to purchase. When you ask how long it will take, they either gaslight you or say, "the... dough has to set". I go for a pretzel($4) the other day... tell me why I'm charged $6.50 and handed a cup of old pretzelbits.... Meanwhile you're literally getting less of the product when it's in a cup and not in pretzel form. Problem can't beresolved because the manager is nowhere to be found. Read more

We have been to the mall 4 times in the last 2 weeks and they never ever have any pretzels available for sale, the people behind... the counter just stand around all day, you never see them prepare or bake anything and when you walk up to them they say it willbe about 25-30 minutes for a pretzel to be done, I told them what I wanted, came back 30 minutes later and they have not evenstarted on it yet, worse pretzels stand I have ever been to, I want to spend my money there but they wont take it Read more
