arbys is usually great about getting your money's worth but this one was not..my husband ordered a double rb there wasn't even a... single order of meat on it.. the fries was dried out and little pieces. I had the bbq brisket the meat was dried out and not theportion that it was supposed to be. I understand the inflation but when I order something I expect to get what I paid for. Read more
I was craving a classic roast beef sandwich, actually 2 CRB sandwiches. I knew Arbys didn?t close till 11, so after a quick run... to Walmart which my receipt stated I checked out at 10:21pm I headed over to Arbys (0.9 miles away/ 3 minute drive) and thelights were on in the dining room and kitchen, they appear to be open but after sitting at the speaker for about 3-4 minuteswithout a greeting (I called the store while sitting there 3 times and no one answered) I drove to the window. All the lightshad been turned off and although 3 vehicles in parking lot (assuming employees ) there was not an employee in sight. While Itook pictures, another customer pulled up and waited at the speaker. He was very agitated as well that the store was closed. Ifyour sign says open until 11, you should be. AND ON A SATURDAY NIGHT! Missed many opportunities to make money because every fastfood place open had a line wrapped around the building. Bad business Arbys! Read more
Very polite. Reuben sandwiches weren't cut all the way through. So much grizzle in the meat couldn't eat either one. I always... get those sandwiches when I come to town. Love them. This was the only time this happened. Read more
Guy at register was super nice. Manager...she was just downright rude. Someone from the drive thru actually came in and chewed... her out for being rude. Place was empty. I know why. The sandwiches here are really small. Very little meat so apparently thisArby's doesn't have the meats. Won't be back. Read more
