Reviews for Jersey Mike's Subs in Hatfield, PA
I ordered the Italian hoagie. Refund receipt says Devon not 100% if same guy that made my sub but pretty much tallest guy there... manager or shift. There was an Italian sub on the side sitting around apparently some type of mistake or change of mind by aprevious customer. I stepped away for a minute and came back and watched him taking the old meat off and slapping it onto mysub. Disgusting. And terrible service. I think the selling point of Jersey Mike's Italian (and subs) is that they slice thecheese and all 5 meats FRESH right in front of you. That service was flagrant and disgusting. Lost my appetite and asked for arefund. Manager/shift/tall boy did not even offer to remake it the right way. Primos, Vinny's et cetera all close by andestablished. Read more
I got the original italian and my girlfriend got the chicken philly. we waited almost 35 minutes for her cheesesteak while we... watched 5 people stand around and do nothing. I understand being busy but they were not at all. Read more
My wife has a bad gluten allergy so we were thrilled when we learned that JM was opening a store in our area. The young woman... who greeted me was very cordial, professional, and understood the importance of avoiding cross contamination (new gloves, cleanprep surface etc.). More customers arrived so she handed off my order to a young gentleman and even emphasized twice that heneeded to change his gloves before handling the GF sub. So I give them high props for that effort. The only thing that Iobserved as a concern was that the toppings applied to the GF sub was pulled from the same containers that are used for non-GFsubs. The stores in Blue Bell and Norristown have always prepared GF subs in the back of the kitchen, in a separate workstation, and pull the toppings from separate containers, or at least we've always been told (no way to know for sure). However, giventhat my wife has never gotten sick from eating at those locations, we trust that they were following through. In any event, allis well and we're happy that JM's does make this effort which is not something most other sub places do not. Read more
First off let my say I wasn?t ready for the level of friendliness I was greeted with that it took me aback and I regret not... returning the energy being I was surprised at the excellent customer care! It was my first time ordering and my husband sent mein with a list that I completely botched but as I apologize for not being on top of the order the gentleman said ? you don?thave to apologize?. That?s customer service 101! Even the gentleman making my sandwiches was going with the flow! Thesandwiches speak for themselves so all good there! Hopefully the kids that work on the weekends have the same customer serviceattitude! Read more
Jersey Mike's just opened in Hatfield on Forty Foot Road, and I stopped to order their regular Philly cheese steak and with a... coupon, get another regular sandwich free. My second sandwich was turkey with provolone cheese. I normally don't eat sandwichesoften, but they were good, and I'll be back. They also gave you a chocolate chip cookie. Also, Jersey Mike's make thesandwiches right in front of you. Read more
I walked in and there were about 10-15 people ahead of me. I asked the girl at the register if they had gluten free bread and... she answered yes. I waited about 15 minutes and when it was my turn to order i was told they were out of gluten free bread. Theguy told me they didn't have any since the morning . That was it. I was dismissed. They moved on to the person behind me. Therewas no type of customer service AT ALL. I will NOT be back. I would rather drive to Quakertown than give those people any of mymoney.. Read more

Hoagie tasted good. It the process of the assembly line doesn't make sense. You have one guy cutting the meat, one girl doing... the lettuce and tomato and onion, all while they are trying to do take out orders too with a line out the door. You wait 20minutes to get through the line, then another 15 for the ordering process. Read more
